Tara's excellence, not only as a elite athlete, but also in the realm of academics is really what drew me to her. So, TaraKirk.net was registered in early 2006. I've been following her performances thoroughly for well over a year. I realized that she did not have a noticeable prescense on the internet, and thought that I could remedy that issue by adding her to the SwimStars.org network. She deserved it!
